To become a member of the Catholic Family Adventure Community, you will need to complete the entire registration process including:

  • Filling out the online form found below
  • Completing all of the forms found on the next page after submitting this form
  • $75 registration fee

Once we have received your completed registration documents, the Membership Coordinator, or a member of their team, will be in touch with you so you can learn how to best connect with your new community.
