Catholic homeschool students in 1st through 12th grades are invited to participate in the Catholic Family Adventure Club’s 2nd Annual Young Entrepreneur Fair. This event will take place at the Cathedral Center and admission is free to the public.
Overview
- This is an opportunity for students to showcase and sell their goods and services to the public. Keep in mind that both Easter and Mother’s Day will quickly follow this event so gifts for those occasions will probably sell well.
- Businesses must be operated by the student. Parental guidance is encouraged, but the bulk of the business must be done by the Young Entrepreneur.
- Registration must be completed by March 7th including payment of the table fee ($10 CFAC Members/$15 Non-CFAC Members). The fee includes one table and two folding chairs. Children in the same family may share a table, or several friends may form a business team together to share a table. Families can also purchase multiple tables if needed.
It is extremely important for all families who participate to promote this event to their family, friends, parish community, and other homeschool and extracurricular communities to which they belong. This allows all our participants to reach a greater audience and make the experience more successful for all. All registered participants will receive promotional materials that they can distribute in person (eg. church bulletin board, fliers, etc.) and via social media (eg. email, Facebook, etc.)
